further away at street metered parking or in residential. Dogs allowed

Laguna Beach City Beaches, Orange County City Parks and Beaches: Dogs must be leashed at City parks and beaches (except Bluebird Park). Dogs are allowed on all beaches any time of day from September 11 through June 14. Dogs are allowed on all beaches June 15 through September 10, before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. No matter what time of year, dogs must be on a leash at all times (six feet or shorter). lblg.org

a.m. and after 4:30 p.m., year round.
Newport Beach, Orange County Dogs are never allowed on the beach or any beachfront sidewalk between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., including the ocean front beaches and bay front beaches.
Before 10 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m., dogs are allowed, if they are securely restrained by a substantial leash or chain not exceeding six feet in length and controlled by a person who is competent to restrain the dog.
However, we have seen dogs on the
beach, off-leash many times during the day near the unincorporated strip of
beach at the Santa River Channel on the northernmost section of the city

San Onofre State Beach, San Clemente, Orange County Leashed dogs
are permitted on Trails 1 & 6. Location: Exit the I-5 at Basilone.
