pleased to announce this:
Debby McCormick and her team were successful
last night in convincing the Long Beach
City Council to re-build the diving facilities! "I am so proud of our diving
community and grateful for so many friends who supported this impossible
effort. Just think that two weeks ago there was no consideration for diving.
You all spoke up and convinced the City Council that diving is a viable
sport. Very proud!!" Thank you again to all of you that helped make this
happen. It was a huge effort but well worth the outcome!"
