CALIFORNIA BEACHES - ORANGE COUNTY
Orange County beaches are especially popular because of the weather and Disneyland, California's top tourist attraction. You can access popular beaches such Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Seal Beach from Disneyland and it will take you approx. 35 minutes to an hour to go between the theme park and most beaches in Orange County.
While tourists may opt to stay in Anaheim where several hundred hotels offer great variety and room options for conventions and families, the beach hotel vacations are extremely popular and much sought after. Expect to pay more for a hotel accommodation at the beach because of popular demand.
Orange County beaches range from flat sandy expanses to rocky coves and provide a variety of experiences from dog-friendly to surf ready, with much to see and do such as beach combing, tidepool exploring, paddle boarding, and much more.
