Anderson's watercolor art in the photo above shows Harbor House Cafe, a bright right building and business on Pacific Coast Highway known as the place that never closes. While you can easily enter the restaurant without a wait most times, weekend mornings --Saturdays and Sundays --- are particularly busy times for this restaurant that is completely casual, comfortable and fun.
When you eat a meal at Harbor House, you can wander behind the building and head for a fantastic walk along the beaches of Sunset Beach.
What's missing from the painting is a bit of reality-- two cool signs you can see from Pacific Coast Highway. One includes neon in a circular shape with the words of the diner.
