About Snoopy House The beloved Snoopy House holiday display has been a Costa Mesa and Orange County holiday tradition since 1966, attracting an estimated 15,000 visitors annually. Snoopy House first made its appearance at City Hall in 2011 when the Jordan family, faced with some difficult financial times, considered putting an end to the display. With the fate of the Snoopy House in jeopardy, the City of Costa Mesa agreed to host the display and provide other assistance. This partnership with the Jordan family saved the holiday tradition, provided an even larger venue and allowed for additional features including nightly live music and free train rides for children.

Santa visits-- Children and their families will have opportunities to receive free photos with Santa. In addition to train rides offered by the Orange County Model Engineers, visitors to the Snoopy House can hear two performances each evening by local Costa Mesa schools or groups.

The elaborate Snoopy House holiday display has been a Costa Mesa and Orange County holiday tradition for 50+ years, attracting an estimated 80,000 visitors annually.

The Snoopy House features holiday scenes populated by "Peanuts" characters.  In 2011, due to a home foreclosure, the City of Costa Mesa stepped forward and agreed to host the display and provide other assistance. This partnership with the Jordan family saved the holiday tradition and provided an even larger venue for it. The Snoopy House, which features holiday scenes populated by "Peanuts" characters, is available for viewing from 5 to 9 p.m. nightly.
