Chino Youth Christmas Parade, Fair + Tree Lighting

Parade route: begin on Monte Vista Avenue and Riverside Drive, continue down Central Avenue to the Chino City Hall Lawn.

Chino Youth Christmas Parade and Fair is a yearly event held the second Saturday of December. The parade starts at 9 a.m. on the corner of Riverside Drive and Monte Vista Avenue, heads east on Riverside Drive, south on Central Avenue, and ends at Chino Avenue.  After the parade, enjoy a festive, family-friendly holiday carnival perfect for children of all ages. The fair includes a free carnival, food, and a magical Santa’s Village at the Chino Youth Museum, which will be celebrating its 25th anniversary during the festival.  The carnival and family entertainment is held at the Civic Center on D Street between 6th & 7th Streets from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Santa's Village is held from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Chino Youth Museum.

City Hall Lawn welcomes December holidays with a massive tree that is decorated and lit up in fashion each year. The free event welcomes the public as City Hall grounds become a magical Santa's Workshop.

Christmas carolers, cookie decorating, food vendors, a train ride,  letters to Santa,  craft corner,  special winter character guests, make this more than a tree lighting, but a great celebration with fun for all ages, including the little ones who have an opportunity to meet Jolly Old Saint Nick himself!

Other exciting seasonal Chino events include a free summer concert series.
