An Old Fashioned Christmas
Glendora, CaParade route: The 1.25 mile parade starts downtown in the Village at Bennett and Glendora Avenue proceeding South on Glendora Avenue to Foothill, then West on Foothill to Grand, and North on Grand to Bennett ending at La Fetra & Sandburg Schools.
In addition to the Holiday Tree Lighting, Glendora also hosts a parade to celebrate this festival season of joy. It is led by award- winning GHS Tartan Band.
Special Honorees Citizen of the Year and Hometown Heroes are recognized
Glendora Christmas Parade is held on a Saturday each year in the Glendora Village. The Parade starts downtown led by the award winning GHS Tartan Band and ends at La Fetra & Sandburg Schools on Grand and Bennett.
The event bills itself as "all about kids" and features local heroes, hometown heroes, youth hometown heroes, parade entries such as civic and youth groups, floats and bands.
Glendora Christmas Parade is brought to you by the Glendora Parade Committee and sponsored by the City of Glendora, Glendora Rotary, Glendora Kiwanis, & the Glendora Chamber of Commerce.
Other fun events in Glendora throughout the year include free summer concerts in the park and the annual Easter Hunt.
