The City's annual Christmas Tree Lighting on the first Friday in December is a community event with fun for the entire family. Carolers, Santa and tons of holiday fun!

This is a festive event filled with carolers, crafts and refreshments. Santa Claus makes an appearance and meets with children one-on-one to take a photo and listen to their holiday wishes! Real snow along with the Bellflower Recreation In Motion (BRIM) program, and sledding slides. Complimentary refreshments and snacks will be served.

In fact, Santa Claus is stopping by Bellflower to get a first-hand look at naughty and nice kids this year before he slides down your chimney on Christmas. Stop and tell Santa how great you've been--he'll be waiting to hear from you! Children will be able to share their Christmas lists with Santa, and the whole family will be able to enjoy music and refreshments.

Bring friends, neighbors and all who love the Christmas holidays to share in an old-fashioned community get together with the lighting of the community tree!

Other fun events in Bellflower include the free Summer Concerts and Easter Egg Hunt each spring and the annual Halloween celebrations.
