First annual Christmas Tree Lighting in Rusch Community Park is presented courtesy of Sac Town Real Estate.

Kids can send letters straight to the North Pole, enjoy fun activities, and sip on hot cocoa while we light up our beautiful tree. Santa will make a special visit to take photos and spread joy. We’re also accepting toy donations for the NICU and PICU at a local hospital. Please bring a gift if you can to help brighten the season for families in need. Don’t miss this magical community celebration!

Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony -- and you are invited to experience the festive holiday season. You'll find the celebration taking place at the corner of Fountain Square Drive and Greenback Lane. This year, the City's Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held on the 1st Wednesday of December on December 6th at 6:30 pm, at City Hall (6360 Fountain Square Drive). The evening begins with a tree lighting ceremony located at City Hall, followed by holiday traditions such as pictures with Santa, hot cocoa, activities for children, and more! 

Everyone is invited to this free event. Come share the spirit, meet the locals and city officials who attend.
