California Center for the Arts, Escondido Foundation brings the North Pole to the heart of Escondido.
Escondido Holiday Tree Lighting and Light Show and Winter Wonderland Festival is an annual community event where we bring the North Pole to the heart of Escondido. Children will have the chance to frolic in real snow, decorate their very own Christmas cookies, and create fun, hand-made gifts for their loved ones. Santa Claus comes to meet children and listen to their wishes, carolers, holiday-themed stilt walkers, hula dancers and food and beverages are available. Local businesses display holiday shopping gift ideas. At dusk, Winter Wonderland Forest comes alive with twinkling lights.
