Join the City of Oakley mayor, politicians, and residents for a an old fashioned heart-warming holiday tree lighting at Civic Center Plaza. The 30 foot tree will be decorated brim-full of lights for the public to enjoy during the holiday season. One special night marks the beginning of the tree's illumination.

The City of Oakley hosts its Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and is excited about the evening's entertainment provided by local kids and youth choirs. The special guests include Musical Groups.

The family oriented event includes visits with Santa Claus for the kids, photo opportunities, and arts & crafts. There will be hot cocoa and cookies--Santa's favorite treats that you can also enjoy!

The evening culminates with the lighting of a grand 30' Christmas Tree in the plaza.
