Kicking off the festivities in Rotary Park, and on Main Street with a Holiday Marketplace, there are kids' activities, Live Entertainment from local school bands, Santa and friends meet and greet, and of course the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.
This year along with the Winters traditional tree lighting ceremony and festivities you can experience the ultimate small town, quirky holiday parade an additional day with vintage and modern tractors, antique trucks and farm equipment bedecked with dazzling lights. The first Winters Lighted Tractor Parade will roll down Winters Main Street to celebrate the holiday season and their agricultural heritage in a unique way.
Winters looks lovely at the Annual Tree Lighting, a celebration of the the holidays with a beautiful tree, Santa Claus glee, and goodies available from Winters businesses. Be prepared to hear the joyous sounds of Christmas carols that ring through the night!
It's an annual tradition and life wouldn't be the same without it -- the city starts the holidays in style each year with the beloved tree lighting ceremony. It's held the first week of December. It is a Winters tradition not to be missed, as well as theTractor Parade.
