IN YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK THIS JANUARY
25 Chefs and culinary experts from New York to Los Angeles convene
to share their talent, expertise and cuisine with guests
WHAT:
The Ahwahnee, a National Historic Landmark and a AAA Four-Diamond hotel in Yosemite National Park, Calif., will host its 28th annual Chefs' Holidays series from January 6 - 31, 2013, offering guests a culinary vacation they will cherish. Celebrating the creativity and excellence of the country's culinary leaders in the breathtaking natural setting of The Ahwahnee, Chefs' Holidays presents 25 prominent American chefs and culinary professionals from New York to Los Angeles over a series of eight sessions. For each session guests are invited to enjoy a
'Meet the Chefs' reception, three educational cooking demonstrations and tastings, a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour and a five-course Gala Dinner prepared by the chefs and paired with four wines, served by candlelight in The Ahwahnee's
