Silicon Valley Shakespeare presents
Can Helena win the love of Bertram who is well beyond her social standing? She is determined to win his affection and is rewarded with Bertram’s hand in marriage after healing the sickly king. Meanwhile, Bertram does not love her in return and escapes the king’s will (and Helena’s advances) by going to war. Clever Helena is determined, however. Will she win him over?

Founded in 1999 by the name Shady Shakespeare, the Shakespeare-loving organization rebranded in 2015 to become Silicon Valley Shakespeare. Performing for 6,000+ patrons annually, no admission is charged to youth 17 and under, and Free Shakespeare in San Jose at Willow Street Park invites all ages to an entertaining evening of Shakespeare classics.  Summer Repertory at Sanborn Park in Saratoga features a ticketed, outdoor performance schedule.
