FOSTER CITY: Fourth of July Family & dog Parade July 4, 2017, 11:05 a.m.
The parade starts at 11:05am from The VIBE Teen Center and heads down Shell Blvd
before making a turn into Leo Ryan Park. The parade ends at the Amphitheater
where the opening ceremonies begin at 11:15am. Registration is free for families
and dogs. Family Parade prizes will be given for Most Patriotic, Most Unique,
Best Group, and Best Overall, so come dressed to impress. fostercity.org

The parade is the essence of small town life, with young and old, dogs and
horses, floats and fire engines with flag waving pride and patriotism. Everyone
is invited to be in the parade which starts at 10 a.m. Fourth of July in

Food, parades, fun and games at the Moraga Commons -- starts with a fun
run/walk, pancake breakfast, dog parade, children's bike parade, magic show,
jumpies, food booths, beer and wine, a free concert and
ends with fireworks.

The parade consists of bicycles, strollers, scooters, wagons, and pedestrians
only. Residents who own dogs are welcome to bring their pets on leashes to
participate in the parade. The parade ends at Berniece Bennett Park
located in First Neighborhood at 31800 Village Center Drive.
47th Annual Westlake Village 4th of July Parade. A full morning of activities is planned starting with a Boy Scout Troop #752 pancake breakfast that begins at 8 am. The parade begins at the former Westlake Village hospital site (located at 4415 Lakeview Canyon Road) at 9:45 am. The parade follows a short 4-block route to Berniece Bennett Park located in the First Neighborhood of Westlake Village. Residents are also encouraged to line the parade route to cheer on participants as they stroll along. Veterans and members of the military are encouraged to participate and lead the parade.
Once the parade concludes at the park, residents will be treated to a dramatic U.S. Flag Retirement Ceremony performed by Boy Scout Troop #485. After the ceremony, residents can enjoy free inflatable activities, old fashioned park games, face painting, crafts, and music. Free popsicles and water will be distributed and the Rotary Club of Westlake Village will be selling hot dogs for $1. The event ends at 12 noon.
The fun continues into the evening as the City will be hosting the third annual fireworks spectacular show in collaboration with the Westlake Village Golf Course and the Westlake Village Inn. The Golf Course Driving Range will be the central viewing location hosting Independence Day activities, entertainment, and food trucks beginning at 6 pm. Gates will open at 5 pm. In addition, Calvary Community Church will also host an event with food and entertainment with gates opening at 6 pm.
As the fireworks will reach altitudes of 500 feet above the golf course, residents may want to consider hosting a barbeque or block party prior to enjoying the display. The fireworks begin at approximately 9:10 pm and last for 18 minutes.
