July 3  Fourth of July Celebration Information

Beer Gardens opens at La Puente Baseball Field 4 p.m.

Fortunato Jimenez Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Show-- La Puente Park Entertainment begins at 5 p.m. for the city's annual Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Show.

2024 Concerts

4-6 p.m. OC3

6-7 p.m. DJ Killah Noez

7-9 p.m. The Flashbax

Lawn chairs are encouraged to enjoy the celebration. Festivities include rides, face painting, arts and crafts, jumpers, food, beer garden, games and more.

Prohibited

• alcoholic beverages from outside
• smoking
• barbecues
• fireworks (legal or otherwise)
• parking in illegal manner--any and all vehicles found parked in alleys around La Puente Park will be immediately cited and towed. Limited parking for the disabled will be available (first come, first served) in the La Puente Park parking lot adjacent to Hacienda Boulevard.

Road Closures

• Hacienda Boulevard will be closed in both directions south of Temple Avenue and north of Nelson Avenue.
• Glendora Avenue will be closed in both directions south of Temple Avenue and north of Nelson Avenue. Traffic Traveling East: Azusa Ave. south to the 60, north to the 10. Traffic Traveling West: Sunset south to 60. North to the 10.
• Barricades will be placed by 4 p.m.
• Barricades will be taken down at 10:30 p.m.
