CAPITOLA: Surfin' Santa Arrives at the Beach. Santa and his reindeer arrive on the shores of Capitola Beach by outrigger canoe at 12PM. Santa will then settle in his beach chair for a nice long visit with all the kids. Be sure to bring your camera to capture Santa's wave-riding arrival. Could be your best Christmas photo yet…and a happy memory for sure! Time: noon - 2 p.m. Location: On the beach in Capitola Village
