AVILA BEACH: ALS Central Coast Century. The Central Coast Century starts and finishes in Avila Beach, taking Riders through Cambria, Cayucos and Morro Bay. The event consists of a traditional Century, a metric Century and a 25k fun Ride. Proceeds benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association's ALS Division, which funds cutting edge research and provides support services to those living with the disease.
