RANCHO MIRAGE: Le Serate di Vino Wine Dinner Series. Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa debuts its fall wine dinner series featuring Pacific Northwest wines. A new element to the fall wine dinners is a specialty welcome cocktail, and for the third course a mix of cheese samplings that is different with each dinner. Executive Chef Joel Delmond will pair the flavorful Pacific Northwest wines for each course. Each dinner takes place in the elegant and modern-designed Pinzimini Restaurant.
