Foster City Chamber of Commerce presents the festival which launches June 2 with a Carnival and a special kick off event! The Carnival will run all weekend and the festival, including the arts & crafts booths, food vendors and live music will run Saturday & Sunday. Shell Blvd is closed from E. Hillsdale Blvd south to Balclutha and is lined with over 175 vendors! The food court with a variety of different dining options is located in the Senior Wing parking lot, and is adjacent to the Meadow.
