Earth Day Beach Cleanup  on the Waterfront!   Cost: Free Location: Albany Beach Foot of Buchanan Street Albany, California. Join the City of Albany and the Watershed Project for a waterfront cleanup in celebration of Earth Day! The event will be held at the foot of Buchanan Street. Wear sturdy shoes, a hat and sunscreen, and bring your own reusable water bottle and gloves if you have them. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please consider riding a bike or walking to the event!  Albany Beach clean up of the Albany Bulb shoreline is an annual tradition and not to be missed. Learn about local efforts to protect our SF Bay watersheds and wildlife by reducing plastic in the ocean, and creating resilient and living shorelines.
