Residents only! A current City of Porterville water/ refuse bill will be required as proof of residency. Residential customers only. No business or commercial waste allowed.

Get rid of the stuff that's been hanging around your house and yard too long. To encourage property maintenance and beautification, and to assist residents with their clean-up efforts, the City of Porterville hosts an annual Spring Clean Up Event at the City's Corporation Yard.

Residents located within the City limits of Porterville may bring Household trash, furniture, bulky items, yard waste, scrap metal

Not Accepted: Tires, refrigerators, paint, oil, batteries or any type of hazardous waste.

All metal and wood should be separated for faster unloading. Trailers will be limited to no longer than 10 ft. Participants will be required to unload their own vehicle.
