Auburn Floating Egg Hunt

The Auburn Recreation District, ARD, is hosting its annual Floating Egg Hunt. 1,000  Easter eggs are scattered throughout the pool with Easter eggs are scattered throughout the pool. Eight participants can go into the pool at a time, each with their own lane. Children who are unable to swim on their own will be able to swim in the shallower part of the pool with an adult.

Each kid is allowed to collect 10 eggs from the pool, which can be turned in for candy and prizes. A lucky golden egg is also  hidden. The child who finds the golden egg  wins a bike donated by Feed the Hungry of Auburn.

The fee is $5 a family and registration is at the door. Each child will leave with a prize. After the aquatic hunt for eggs, families are invited to stay for Parks and Rec staff games and activities.
