15,000 eggs hidden all over the Ranch!
Galt Eggstravaganza presented by Galt Area Historical Society celebrates Spring with The Egg Hunt and Kite Day at 9 a.m. Hunt for 15,000 eggs hidden all over the ranch, bring a kite and let it soar, enter The Pie Eating Content at 12 p.m. and join in the Egg Drop at 1 p.m.
The fun event includes Food, Vendors, Candy Drop, Kite Flying, Crafts and Pictures with the Easter Bunny. Easter Events are subject to change at discretion of event planners.
You must wrap and secure a RAW EGG in such a manner as it survives a drop from a very tall bucket truck.
All packages will be opened after hitting the ground to verify that the RAW EGG is intact. There is a limit of 20 participants and limited to ages 5 to 12 years.
Your raw egg must be "protected" in such a way to survive a 40' - 50' drop
from the top of a bucket truck. The egg will be tossed into the air over the
ground below. Surviving eggs will be awarded a prize.
