Recreation & Golf Service, Coronado Public Library, and Coronado Cultural Arts Commission have all joined together to bring you Halloween Happening Events! This year there will be fun for all ages as the whole family is invited to head over to Spreckels Park on Friday  at 3:30 p.m. to enjoy trick-or-treating and activities. . Open to all ages and located at Spreckels Park. Activities are free with food and beverages available for purchase.

Mainstreet Goes Ghostly

Back for another year of trick or treating with Coronado's downtown merchants, ghosts, goblins and other costumed kids are invited to look for participating shops with the help of their parents / chaperones to collect candy and treats in the Mainstreet Goes Ghostly event hosted by Coronado Mainstreet.

• Halloween Pumpkin Carving Oct 18 - 20, 25-27, 30, 2024, 4-6 p.m. Get into the spooky spirit of the season with  pumpkin carving. $37.10
• Haunted Happenings Tours Nightly through October 2024, 7 p.m. 45 minute tour. Learn the official account of Kate Morgan and why her spirit never left.  Not recommended for under age12 years because of mature themes. $37.10
• An Evening with the Spirits October 11 & 26, 2024, 7:30-9 p.m. Fun, interactive examination of ghosts, talking to the dead, seances, table rappings, Ouija boards and more. You’ll learn the haunting story of Kate Morgan, who visited The Del in 1892, and examine historic records that are believed by some to be haunted. Feats of the mind and magic culminate in an evening of mysterious entertainment. $79.50
• Ghost Roast October 1-31, 2023, 5:30-6:30 or 7:30-8:30 p.m. approx.  Snuggle up around a private beach bonfire, roast s'mores, and read ghost stories at the haunted hotel. Firepit for 10 people or less, $222.60
