Costume contest at the corner of Norwalk Boulevard and Mapledale Street beginning at 9:15 a.m. at Waite Middle School field. Pre-registration is not required. Businesses, service organizations, and clubs are encouraged to participate in this free
Location: Norwalk Blvd. Everyone is invited to join us at this community event! Marching bands from throughout the southland are expected to perform alongside ghosts and goblins of all kinds in this year’s Halloween Parade. Residents are encouraged to participate by dressing up in their favorite Halloween costume and marching in the parade.

Try out the city's Pumpkin Float this fall! Carve a design into a pumpkin and watch it glow while it floats over the pool water. It's a perfect seasonal photo opportunity! Registration includes pumpkin and supplies. Event does not include recreational swim. Event is all ages, but children ages 13 and under require parent supervision.
