Follow the trail downtown for a safe trick or treat for ages 10 and under with the downtown merchants. Look for balloons & posters in shop windows to visit participating merchants.
Kentucky Street, 4th Street, Western Avenue, Petaluma Blvd., 2nd Street, C Street, Theater Square, and the Golden Eagle Shopping Center. Over 50 businesses will be handing out Halloween candy to costumed children.
Parents - gather your little ghosts, goblins, monsters, Harry Potters, witches on broomsticks and princesses, and join the participating downtown merchants for the Annual Trick or Treat Trail this Halloween!

Riverside businesses and organizations are stationed along the Trick-or-Treat Water Trail, handing out goodies as you paddle up and down the waterway
Dress up and enter the Costume Contest for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Bring your own (people-powered) boats and paddle boards or use rentals. Choose from rowboats, family-sized canoes, our giant paddle board (the Megalodon), or water bikes, with 90- and 120-minute sessions available all day.

Petaluma's past luminaries' stories are told by docents dressed in period garb. Ghosts of Petaluma's Past Come to Life in the annual living history cemetery walk featuring 19th century residents. Learn about the trials and tribulations, fame, fortune and heartbreak—its all there!
Tour begins at the Cypress Hill Cemetery office parking lot. Tickets available at the museum or day of event. Please Do NOT disturb the Cypress Hill Cemetery office.
Petalumans of Yesteryear - most notable and interesting citizens of early Petaluma - are featured in a guided tour. You'll hear colorful stories about life (and death) directly from costumed living history performers representing the likes of Lyman Byce, Addie Atwater, Ida Belle McNear, and many others. The tour begins at the Cypress Hill Cemetery office parking lot and concludes inside the Cypress Hill columbarium, which was designed by noted Petaluma architect Brainerd Jones.
