Age appropriate kids and youth are invited to don Halloween costumes and trick or treat at downtown merchants shops during the daylight hours of 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in an annual tradition that offers opportunities for youngsters to enjoy the festive holiday. It is recommended children be accompanied by parents in this busy downtown shopping area for trick or treating. While the majority of shops and businesses participate, there may be a few who choose not to.
