Kernville is an outdoor paradise of events throughout the four seasons. Try your hand at fishing, whitewater racing, roping in the annual rodeo or maybe take in some of the fundraiser dinners and community celebrations. One the favorites for youth is the Free Kids Fishing Derby held each year at Wofford Heights Park. How cute the kids look, and how much fun they have in learning about fishing. Unlike the big city fishing events that take park in urban "forests", Kernville is the real deal, an authentic, outdoor experience to be loved and enjoyed. Go visit!
