Alameda, Calif. — Neptune Beach Community Celebration invites the public to enjoy great music, food & drink, local arts & crafts, fun for kids of all ages, and a taste of the Roaring 20's at the annual festival. New elements added include a vintage costume dog contest and a classic car show.

"Back to the beach" describes this event. The Neptune Beach Community Celebration is the perfect function to not only to launch your summer but also offers recognition and history lessons about Alameda's colorful past as an amusement attraction. Neptune Beach was a thriving attraction between 1917 and 1939.
Enjoy great music, food and drink, carnival rides and other kids' stuff, and a taste of the Roaring 20s at the Neptune Beach Community Celebration! Ferris Wheel, Giant fun slide, Pony rides, Climbing wall, Walk on water, Inflatable obstacle course and more. Visit Crab Cove Mobile Van which includes the East Bay Regional Park District's hands-on children's activities, including live animals and crafts.
