Parade route: Intersection of Vernon Street & West Branch Street. West Branch Street to Mason Street. Turn right to Nelson Street. Ends at Mason & Poole Street.

Paws of Thunder Wiener Dog Races: $10 fee approx., 24 lbs or less, 1+ years of age, 2 team member humans. 2 categories -- looks like or is a dachshund, and any dog less than 25 pounds

Scarecrow Contest: Judged on originality, adherence to the festival theme and quality of work. Ribbons awarded for Most Creative, Best Portrayal of the Theme and Most Humorous.
