Azusa Golden Days

October 11-20, 2024

Azusa Golden Days since its inception in 1949, has remained true to the goals of celebrating the 50,000+ people and organizations who live in this beloved Los Angeles County city at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains. The week-long festival held around the 2nd or 3rd week in October culminates with a carnival, parade and concerts in the park during three days.

Run by the Azusa Golden Days Committee and funded through sponsorships plus Azusa's City departments, the largest events requiring coordinated support include 2K/ 5K Family Run, Azusa Golden Days Parade and Azusa Golden Days Carnival in Memorial Park.

• Saddle Up at the AWC Ranch presented by Azusa Woman's Club and Azusa Eagles Auxiliary. 6:30 p.m. Includes music, dancing, food, beer & wine, raffles. $30
• Sunday  Chalk Fest 2, 12-5 p.m. at Memorial Park. Music, art, vendors, prizes for chalk art and fun for all ages. Presented by Azusa Connects. Location: 340 N. Orange Pl., Azusa, CA
•  Monday Honored Citizens Presentation 6 p.m. reception at Azusa Civic Auditorium. Park of Azusa Golden Days events. Location: 213 E. Foothill Blvd., Azusa, CA
• Tuesday Azusa Police Department's 125th Anniversary Celebration 6-10 p.m. at La Tolteca. Dinner, drinks, historic displays, comedy entertainment and raffles presented by Azusa Police Foundation. Location: 429 North Azusa Ave., Azusa, CA. $50
• Wednesday A Night to Remember, 6-10 p.m. at Azusa Woman's Clubhouse. Dinner, dancing, and designer bags presented by Azusa Leaders for Learning. Location: 1003 N. Azusa Ave., Azusa, CA. $20
• Thursday  Bingo Night 6 p.m. at North Recreation Center. $25 per pack of 14 games for age 18+ is presented by Helping Hands of Azusa. Location: 340 N. Orange Pl., Azusa, CA
