Annual Monterey Beer Festival with beer tastings of a wide selection of beers, great food and live entertainment! Would you like to support festival entertainment in Monterey County? Attendance at the annual Monterey Beer Festival does just that, with proceeds benefiting the Monterey County Fair & Event Center.

Sample the best brews around. Who's pouring? How about: Alaskan Brewing in Company, English Ales Brewery, Peter B's Brewpub Monterey, Firestone Walker Brewing Co., Sierra Nevada, Stone Brewery, Trumer Pils Berkeley, Lost Coast Brewery, Lagunitas Brewing Company, Craft Artisan Ales and Dust Bowl Brewing Co.

Monterey Beer Festival features more than 80 local, domestic, and foreign breweries; live music; and food for purchase.

Past events drew 5,000 people to the fairground to sample beers and microbrews. Due to the massive crowds, the event has tightened up its security and rules & regulations. Be sure you know before you go. Valid updated IDs required, no pets, kids, no glass or personal cups and holders permitted, etc. Event for 21 years of age and over ONLY. Valid identification will be checked upon entry.
