Galt Strawberry Festival is not coming back!

CALIFORNIA STRAWBERRY FESTIVALS

As of February 13, 2018  Galt Chamber of Commerce has decided that it will no longer host Strawberry Festival.

In an effort to provide community entertainment and raise funds for the Chamber, it started the Strawberry Festival circa 1995. Prices and the traffic were several complaints among community feedback the Chamber noted in their decision to end the festival.

The Galt Strawberry Festival attendance reaches over 25,000 and climbing annually. The Festival has become a destination throughout Northern California and the pride of Galt. As in previous years, the Festival will feature Arts & Crafts and Food vendors, we will have fun for the children in the Kids Zone, the Classic Car Show and Fabulous Entertainment running throughout the event. The stage/bar will be on the Market Greens, main entrance area. This year Strawberry Alley features vendors displaying a variety of Strawberry themed items.
