The event is the brainchild of Long Beach native Roland Sands, who's Seal Beach-based company, Roland Sands Design (RSD), drives motorcycle culture and style into the mainstream. Tons of dirt trucked into the Bolsa Chica beach parking creates a specially built 110 x 300 ft. track to accommodate sideways flat track racing action next to the surf for the Super Hooligan race.

The track serves as a centerpiece for motorcycle drag races and stunt shows, surf competition, custom motorcycle show, with food, full bar and live music provided by Bolsa Chica Beach's Sea Legs beachfront restaurant. This plans to be an annual celebration of the action sports and motorcycle culture.
