Isleton, California is a charming town nestled along the Sacramento River Delta. Its sister city, Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, is known as the Crawfish Capital of the World. Sharing a kindred spirit with Breaux Bridge which also is the birthplace of the world-renowned crawfish etouffee, the two river towns are united by more than just their love for crawdads - they share a passion for the art of celebration. With that in mind, it seems only natural that Isleton should host its own Crawdad celebration, as it has done since the 1980s.
