Flower Festivals and Events in July
July is one of the best times to be outdoors enjoying the splendid gardens throughout California. Though flower festivals reflect the seasons in which particular types of flowers bloom (such as daffodils and cherry blossoms in the spring,) you will find flower festivals scattered throughout the year. July is great for viewing flowers that start with the letter "L". Lemon Lily, Lotus and Lavender all are represented in July celebrations in California.
