Terasaki Budokan Enjoy karate demonstrations at Shotokan Karate of America’s Nisei Week Karate Exhibition and Tournament.

Coronation August 10, 2024, 7-9 p.m. at Aratani Theatre
Nisei Week court candidates vie for the title and crown to become 2024 Nisei Week Queen

Plaza Festival August 17-18, 2024, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at  JACCC Plaza
Japanese culture is on display with amazing foods and entertainment for the entire family. Cultural Exhibits such as bonsai, calligraphy, Ikebana, and more will be on display inside the JACCC.

Ondo Public Street Dancing August 18, 2024, 4-6:30 p.m. & Closing Ceremony on 1st Street
Nisei Week comes to a close with the public finale, the Japanese tradition of dancing in the street with live entertainment to close the annual festival. It's a festive way to end the day.
