SAN DIEGO, CALIF. -- Free quarterly festival in South Park, hosted four times a year by the South Park Business Group, the neighborhood's collection of independent business owners, with support from the City of San Diego's Small Business Enhancement Program.

WHERE: South Park neighborhood, Kalmia to Beech streets along 30th and Fern Streets

WHY: To introduce people to the unique and independent boutiques, cafes and taverns of South Park. Businesses are open late featuring specials, live entertainment, gift raffles, a free trolley and walking tours.
