Christmas in the Park

Celebrating more than 40 years of a San Jose tradition with more than 40 musical and animated displays, over 500 community decorated Christmas trees, a 60-foot Christmas tree, nightly entertainment, visits with Santa and a lot of new features, Christmas in the Park attracts over 700,000 visitors each year.

Each year San Jose, California's Christmas in the Park launches with a spectacular tree lighting ceremony on opening night. Families and kids can see Santa free of charge, buy delicious snacks and holiday treats at the Food Court, watch live entertainment nightly and try out the new Blinky's Lights Drive Through or Aloha Roller Rink nearby.

Light Show
With 100 strands of programmable lighting, a tree will literally "dance" to the music of some of your favorite holiday music.

New Food Vendor
The Wandering Waffle is new to Christmas in the Park. Compliment your Snowman Hot Chocolate with a taste of this amazing treat with your favorite dipping sauce.

Build-A-Bear
Build-A-Bear has a special Christmas in the Park bear with branded hoodie for sale. A percentage of all sales donated back to Christmas in the Park. 

The Christmas Home
Granny House is decorated for the holidays. Purchase Santa photos inside. Every Friday starting November 30th, general holiday photos are FREE courtesy of Amazon from 6-10 p.m. Our TapSnap crew will be standing by to make your visit that much more magical!

The Amazon Toy Cart and Scavenger Hunt
You can compete and win the hottest toys for 2018 from Amazon Toy Cart Display. Featuring over 20 of this year's hottest toys the lot is valued at $1500! The scavenger hunt goes live on opening day.
