2024 Parade

Sunday, September 15, 2024, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Route: Begins on Main Street at Washington Avenue, to Main & Civic Center Drive.

Once the parade reaches the Main and Civic Center cross streets, there will be a parade exhibition area with performances and limited guest seating. This year will be the second year to live stream the full parade on Santa Ana's YouTube channel and the city's TV channel  Spectrum channel 3.

2024 Concerts & Entertainment

Performances ranging from cumbias, banda, regional and pop:
Mariachi Los Reyes, La Realeza de Tierra Caliente, Los Adele's De Lineres, Codices de Mexico, Grupo Versage y Federacion Veracruzana USA del condado de Orange, Ballet Folklorico Renacimiento, Grupo Folklorico Nuevo Amanecer, Tony Penalosa " El Kalentano", Ballet Folklorico Nueva Generacion, Ezequiel Peņa, Marisol Terrazas La Guera de Horoscopos

Attractions

• Food and a beer garden
• Carnival rides
• Cultural exhibitions include countries who also celebrate their independence all throughout Latin America.

El Grito de Independencia

 Mexico's official "El Grito" Ceremony honors the traditional call to arms on the eve of Mexican Independence Day. It is a synchronized call that dates back to 1810 and celebrates the anniversary of the fight for Mexican Independence.
