In California there are Chinese, Vietnamese, African, Greek,
German, Brazilian, Mexican and even Egyptian festivals to
celebrate a variety of cultures and foods.
The annual Egyptian Festival is held in the Central
Valley's city of Visalia, and features the usual festival
enjoyment--food vendors, face painters, kiddie rides,
carnival atmosphere, costumes, dancing and games. It's quite
similar to a Greek Festival, for those who know and have
enjoyed the many Greek Festivals throughout California.
