Founded in 1950, the is an Orange County non-profit that provides
health, wellness, and educational services to children and adults with special
needs. Some of these services include Child Development Program, Physical
Therapy, Adult and Senior Day Programs, Adaptive Swimming Lessons and
Independent Living Skills. RIO also provides some services to people without
special needs, including Preschool, Infant/Child Day Care, Aquatic Exercise
Classes, Physical Therapy, and Swimming Lessons.
RIO programs serve over 1,500 clients.
Rehabilitation Institute of Southern California (RIO) hosts a Fall themed Open House and annual fundraisers such as a golf tournament.
