The Winter Park at Civic Center, which made its debut last year outside of San Francisco's City Hall, returns for its second year  in 2019. The first attraction of its kind in the United States includes addition a 60 x 100 sq. ft. rink, with skating track that weaves through the lighted tree forest.

The Ice Rink's roster of events includes:

• Polar Bear Skate
