Dogs are so popular in California, the state
with the most pets, that people love to hug,
kiss, and dress up their favorite pets. How can
you not love a dog? Some people don't care for
them, feel they're allergic, can't stand the
mess, or can't afford dogs as pets. In fact,
less than half of Americans own dogs, but that's
still a really large number!
