If there's one time romantics should see the Huntington Beach Pier, it's best to go during the holidays when they add snowflake lights and decorations to the pier. As the sun sets, those soft lights gently reflect on the Pacific Ocean. It's so beautiful, slightly subtle, and a bit challenging to photograph.
Tip: Photographers might want to use a tripod as the lighting conditions are rather dark. But you can still get some decent pictures without one. Just hold very steady when you shoot.
