Up front the driver wears regal clothing, and beside him are two young girls, including one a blonde-haired girl waving an American flag. The crowd along the route waves to the carriage float entry. Several young children wander up closer to the entry, as kids will do. You can only see the back of the horse pulling the carriage. It is a big, white horse.
