Children are "all smiles" at the This picture was taken in Long Beach, California at the Aquarium of the Pacific Penguin Habitat. The exhibit, unlike others we've seen allows visitors to come right up view the penguins as they swim back and forth. It is one of countless things to see and do at the spectacular Long Beach attraction located at Rainbow Harbor overlooking the Queen Mary.
