Queen Mary Ship Berthed in  Harbor

Queen Mary is an historic oceanliner docked permanently in Long Beach harbor as a hotel, tourist attraction and restaurant and meeting space venue. Tickets are sold for tours on the ship though you can also just go there to dine or stay at the hotel with original rooms that guests used on transatlantic journeys. Of course the rooms have been artfully decorated and fitted with modern TVs and conveniences, but they retain the era look & feel of the early to mid-20th century. Next to the Queen Mary is another tour attraction, the Scorpion, a real Russian sub that had been mothballed and brought to Long Beach for the public to see. It has stayed for nearly a decade now.
