The photos shows a guy climbing on the rocks at Corona del Mar Main Beach. The giant formations extend from the hills above into the sea in several locations at the beach. Stairs access the rocks, where you can further descend down to the main beach parking lot or over into a small Pirates Cove popular for filming. The cove was used in the opening credits and some portions of Gilligan's Island TV comedy series from the 60s.

It's fun to explore and climb the rocks in Corona del Mar. Kids love them, as well. Just go at your own pace and be safe!
